Who are we?​

Innoctave is a company that was established by a bunch of friends, after long and winding journeys in multinational, global companies.​We got fed up with all the corporate red tape, politics, and marketing fluff and wanted to do exciting stuff and share out deep knowledge with the rest of the world.​

Who are we working for?​

Innoctave partners with fast growing, expanding or established businesses that need to have their processes standardised and globalised. It’s mainly IT companies –  service providers, software houses and similar. We are also  no strangers to working with big multinational corporations such as insurance companies, IT providers, consulting houses, advisories etc.​

Among our clients are companies from many parts of the world that trust our experience and a great network of highly skilled professionals.​

What do we do?​

We specialise in IT processes (ITIL, Agile etc), software development, and various IT transformation and delivery.​

We also help establish company operations in many European countries (legal, recruitment, location, office selection etc), augmenting teams, selecting controlling vendors.​

Why Innoctave?​

What sets us apart is a clear no BS approach to ourselves and our clients. We will not create 100s of slides at your cost to explain what you probably already know. We would rather spend time with our clients to fully understand what they need and then prepare, suggest and/or implement changes that we commonly agree on.​

We live by “fail fast/learn fast” motto. If changes don’t work on a smaller scale, there is a good chance they will not work on larger. ​

No BS and FFLF approaches proved to be a winning formula many times, not only for Innoctave but many other companies that are not afraid of making groundbreaking changes and harvesting the benefits.​

Where are we? ​

Innoctave was established and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. ​

Poland is known and well-established hub for top quality software development, shared services and other business activities. This is mainly attributed to high level of education, international society with ties to many countries in the world, excellent level of written and spoken foreign languages, central and well communicated location in Europe (1-4h flight to 90% of major European cities and Middle East).​

Some of the world’s largest and most well-known companies have a long-established presence here. More than 30% of the world biggest 100 companies have presence and major offices in Poland.​

Among them are:​ Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Bayer, Allianz, Alphabet (Google), Amazon, BP, BMW, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, Visa, Mastercard… the list goes on.​

Where do we work?​

We are international. We work in many time zones, travel to many locations and support our clients all over the world. Our network of friends, partners and clients reaches far and wide and we consider ourselves citizens of the world.​
